Sponsorship and Vendor Day Participation

Mobile Voice Conference, Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco

Attendance by customers is free this first day of the conference. Local as well as national advertising will be used to make the opportunity widely known.

An inexpensive way to be associated with this groundbreaking conference and to let customers know the advantages you offer. Rather than the expense of an exhibit hall over several days, the single day focuses on talks by sponsors and Vendor Day participants, with the opportunity for one-on-one interaction with customers with tables with company signs provided by the conference. All you have to do is have a person (or persons) to man the table and someone to give a talk describing the company’s products/services.

Since there is a talk associated with each sponsor, there are limited slots, as well as limited space for vendor tables, so don’t delay your decision.

Benefits:

  • A slot in the Vendor Showcase speaking program on Monday (20 minutes for Primary sponsors, 15 minutes for Supporting sponsors and Vendor day participants).
  • A vendor table and sign provided by the conference for literature display and one-on-one conversations with prospects (Monday only).
  • Registration for the remainder of the conference on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the attendant benefits of the information conveyed and the networking (a focus of the conference). (Two registrations for Primary sponsors, one for Supporting sponsors, the option for a discounted full conference registration of $995 for Vendor day participants.

  • Favored consideration for a speaking slot in the main conference following the vendor showcase. Unlike the vendor showcase, such talks cannot be pure sales pitches, but must provide value to attendees in information, advice, or insights.
